Rhythmics
A fun, movement-based introduction to dance for young children. Students explore music, rhythm, coordination, balance, flexibility, posture, spatial awareness, and creative expression through age-appropriate exercises and games. The class helps build confidence, listening skills, discipline, and readiness for future dance training, including ballet, while keeping the focus playful and engaging.

Basic Ballet
An introductory ballet class designed to prepare young dancers for formal classical ballet training. Students learn basic ballet positions, posture, alignment, balance, coordination, flexibility, musicality, and classroom etiquette through age-appropriate exercises. The class introduces simple barre and center work, movement across the floor, and creative dance activities that help children develop strength, focus, confidence, and an understanding of ballet vocabulary in a supportive, engaging environment.

Classical Ballet
A structured ballet program focused on developing strong technique, posture, alignment, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and performance skills. Students build a foundation in barre work, center exercises, turns, jumps, adagio, allegro, and ballet vocabulary while learning discipline, focus, artistry, and stage presence. As dancers progress, training becomes more detailed and technically demanding, preparing them for advanced ballet work, pointe, and variations.

Pointe Technique
A specialized ballet class designed for dancers who have developed the strength, alignment, balance, and technical foundation required for pointe work. Students focus on foot and ankle strength, proper placement, core stability, turnout, articulation of the feet, balance, and controlled transitions through carefully structured barre and center exercises. The class emphasizes safe technique, correct use of pointe shoes, injury prevention, and gradual progression, helping dancers build confidence, control, and the strength needed for advanced ballet, variations, and performance.

Basic Ballet Technique
An introductory ballet class designed for older beginners who are ready to develop a strong foundation in classical ballet. Students learn basic positions, posture, alignment, turnout, coordination, flexibility, musicality, and ballet vocabulary through structured barre, center, and traveling exercises. The class builds strength, balance, discipline, focus, and confidence while preparing dancers for more advanced ballet training in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Ballet Variations
A performance-focused ballet class where experienced dancers learn and refine classical variations from well-known ballets. Students work on musicality, artistry, technique, expression, stage presence, stamina, and character interpretation while developing greater confidence and performance quality. The class helps dancers apply their ballet training to choreography, improve precision and control, and gain experience performing solo repertoire.

Modern Dance
A creative dance style that encourages freedom of movement, expression, and body awareness. Students work on strength, coordination, flexibility, floor work, balance, musicality, and dynamic movement quality. The class helps dancers explore how the body moves through space, connect movement with music and emotion, and develop confidence, creativity, and versatility beyond the structure of classical ballet.

Contemporary Dance
A versatile and expressive dance form that blends elements of ballet, modern, jazz, and improvisation. Students explore fluid movement, floor work, transitions, musical interpretation, control, strength, flexibility, and emotional expression. Contemporary dance encourages dancers to connect technique with storytelling, helping them develop individuality, creativity, and a deeper sense of performance artistry.

Acro-Dance / Gymnastics
A movement and acrobatic training class designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, body control, and confidence. Students work on age-appropriate gymnastics skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, walkovers, jumps, and conditioning exercises. Gymnastics supports dance training by improving flexibility, core strength, control, and spatial awareness, helping dancers become stronger and more versatile performers.
